Axis includes a number of powerful advanced features that makes importing into QuickBooks even easier. You can use auto-numbering to let QuickBooks assign the next sequential reference number during import, or select the option to update contact details, so you can keep you customer or vendor details up to date in QuickBooks. You can decide if the transaction already exists in QuickBooks to duplicate it, skip it or update it.

Before you commit your import to QuickBooks you can preview the transactions or lists and edit those if you need to, then process the import. When importing Axis will check your data to ensure that it is in the format that QuickBooks can accept, then you see a row by row update as the data is imported. Axis Intelligently creates items, customers, jobs, or employees if they are not in QuickBooks during the import process to reduce the number of potential errors.
