With Zed Axis Exporter for QuickBooks you can quickly and easily export transactions to text or Excel spreadsheets directly from your QuickBooks company file.

The Zed Axis Exporter module makes exporting transactions from QuickBooks quicker and easier. With an easy to use interface you set up the type of transaction you want to export, filter by date or reference number range of the data you wish to export. The Exporter then retrieves those transactions from QuickBooks and exports them into a text file or spreadsheet which you can save.

How it works?

With your QuickBooks company file open, launch the Axis Exporter.
Connect to the your QuickBooks company file.
Select the type of transaction you want to export. You also have the option to filter the export for a particular reference number range or a date range, and if it is a Bill or an Invoice you can filter for "Paid" or "Unpaid".
Click the Get button to commence the export. It may take several moments whilst the transactions are exported.
Review the transactions in the grid panel and then select to export to a file; By clicking on the Export to File button and selecting either text or Excel spreadsheet you complete the export process and a file is created containing your exported transactions.

Supported QuickBooks transactions types

You can export data for the following transaction types:

Journals - new
Invoices
Sales receipts
Credit Memo/Adjustment Notes
Receive payments
Bills
Bill Payment - check
Bill Payment - credit card
Check
Credit card charges
Time sheets - new
Price level lists - new

Filter for only the data you need

You can select from the following filters to only export the data you need:

Filter by date range
Filter by reference number range
Filter by paid or unpaid status
Filter for only those transaction created or modified since the last export

Save the exported data to a file

Choose the type of file format you would like to save the exported transaction to

Text based tab delimited file
Excel 97 - 2003 format (xls)
Excel 2007 (xlsx)
