Connect to your QuickBooks company file
With your QuickBooks company file open, launch the Axis Exporter, and click on the connect button.
Select the type of transactions or lists to export
Select the type of transactions or lists you want to export. You also have the option to filter the export for a particular reference number range, date range, name and if it is a Bill or an Invoice you can filter for "Paid" or "Unpaid".
Click get and review the results
Click the Get button to commence the export. It may take several moments whilst the transactions are exported. Then review the transactions or lists in the grid panel
Save the results to a file
By selecting the export format from the drop down list you complete the export process and a file is created containing your exported transactions.

You can export data for the following transaction types:

- Credit Memo/Adjustment Notes

- Transfer inventory
- Price level lists
- Customer list
- Vendor list
- Employee list
- Inventory Item list
- Non-inventory Item list
- Service Item list
Filter for only the data you need
You can select from the following filters to only export the data you need:
- Filter by date range
- Filter by reference number range
- Filter by paid or unpaid status
- Filter by name
- Filter for only those transaction created or modified since the last export
Save the exported data to a file
Choose the type of file format you would like to save the exported transaction to
- Text based tab delimited file
- Excel 97 - 2003 format (xls)
- Excel 2007 (xlsx)
- XML
