On the next sync the item receipts and despatches are automatically added to QuickBooks giving you an accurate and timely snap shot of what items you have received, what has been shipped, what are on backorder and how many items are in stock.
Paperless stock taking – with Midi on your Smartphone stock taking becomes much easier and allows you to update stock levels in near real-time. Select from your item list, view the quantity on hand and if different enter the physical count and a memo. Then on the next sync the updated counts are downloaded to QuickBooks and an inventory adjustment is made to account for the difference
