Whats new in version 2.1

  1. Import journal entries with tax codes - For Australia and New Zealand editions of QuickBooks, users can now import journal entries with a tax code.
  2. Easier to set up and retrieve mappings - We made it easier to set up your QuickBooks mappings, so now you can save and retrieve your mapping easily as Axis keeps all you mappings in one place. All you need to do is select the saved mapping from a list.
  3. More transaction types supported -There are now more transactions types supported, we have a range of 16 different QuickBooks transaction types.  The new transactions type are Bill Payment by cheque and Bill Payment by credit card.
  4. More QuickBooks fields to map to - We support the latest range of QuickBooks fields for 2009.  These included "Units of Measure", "To be emailed", "To be printed", "Amounts Include Tax", "Billable Status (Billable,  Not billed, Billed".) "Bill to Note", "Ship to Note", "Apply to transaction"and many more.
  5. Preview Import file improvements - When you preview the data to be imported you can maximize the window, reset the width of columns, sort the order of columns, edit data directly and delete rows making it easier to tidy up data prior to import.
  6. Enhanced data validations - Data is validated prior to import using the latest QuickBooks specification and according the version of QuickBooks you are importing into, to make it easier to troubleshoot potential errors and smooth the import process.
  7. More insightful error reporting - Error reporting is now written in the language you understand, meaning you are more likely to correct potential errors. Error reporting now identifies specifically where the error occurred so you can easily find it in your import file.
