Our Billing Models

We offer two ways that we can work for you depending on your requirements:

1. Time and Expenses Basis

For clients who have yet to define the goals and need the flexibility to modify the design of the solution over the lifetime of the project we offer engagement on a time and expense basis.  Prior to the engagement commencing we agree with you the hourly rate then for every hour that we work on your solution is tracked and billed directly to you. Our weekly progress reports detail the tasks completely and the hours worked on each task giving you a running update to measure against your budget and project objectives.

2. Fixed Quote & Design

For clients who already have a good idea of what they are trying to achieve and are looking for assurance to the overall cost of the project we offer a fixed quote and design basis.  This requires that we develop in conjunction with you a detailed solution design that we agree prior to the project starting and have clearly measurable deliverables.

We also acknowledge that designs need to be marginally improved so should design changes occur during the process of the project we will prepare variation to proposal.
