Automatically monitor a folder for new messages - you can set up Axis to automatically watch a folder for new import files according to your specific criteria. Matching files are then retrieved and added into the Axis inbox ready for processing saving you time
To create a new monitor service follow these steps:
- Before you start you must have UAC switch to off or never notify to set up a monitor service
- In the Zed Axis EDI module, click on the Monitor button on the menu bar.
- Click on the New button.
- Choose a name for the monitor service, and check the active box.
- Select the location that you would like to monitor.You can monitor either an EBay or OSCommerce web account or a folder on you machine. If you are selecting a folder click the browse button to select the folder locatoin
- Finally select how often you want to monitor that location.
- Clicking Save will set up and start the monitoring.
You can delete or change the monioring service from the Message Monitoring page.
