Message: QuickBooks error message: Transaction not in balance

Reason: Whilst calulating the tax component of the transaction QuickBooks has encountered and error when the item totals to not match the transaction total.

Possible cause: Check that you have mapped the Item tax code against the QuickBooks field ItemSalesTaxCodeRef and not SalesTaxCodeFullNameRef, and vice versa, depending on whether you are in a Sales Tax jurisdiction ie (US) or a Value Added Tax jurisdiction (ie Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand)
