How to export customers from QuickBooks

To export the customer list from QuickBooks to Excel using Zed Axis follow these steps:

1. Start Zed Axis Exporter.
2. In the connections tab click on Connect to establish a connection to your QuickBooks company file.
3. From the data type drop down list select customer as the type of data you want to export.
4. Set the filters to export for a date range, or since you last exported.
5. Click the Get button to commence the export.  (It may take several moments whilst the customer lists is exported).
6. Review the customers in the grid panel and then select to export to a file; you can chose to save as either a text file or Excel file format.
