QBWC1033: QB web connector failed to initialize QWCLog.txt file and will not run. Please make sure QWCLog.txt file is writable and then try again.

Check the properties of QWCLog.txt file (generally in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\Quickbooks Web Connector\version directory). Possible causes could be that the directory for QWCLog.txt file does not exist, File attributes are set to ReadOnly, QWCLog.txt is a file and not a directory, or your hard disk file system is full.
