Check the properties of QWCLog.txt file (generally in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Intuit\Quickbooks Web Connector\version directory). Possible causes could be that the directory for QWCLog.txt file does not exist, File attributes are set to ReadOnly, QWCLog.txt is a file and not a directory, or your hard disk file system is full.
