The Transaction Importer or Exporter is trying to connect to QuickBooks but is unable to establish a connection. This may be caused by corrupt or unsupported QuickBooks interface. Follow the following steps:
- Back up and safely store your QuickBooks company file
- Change the name of the folder at Program Files\Common\Intuit\QuickBooks to QuickBooks_OLD
- Reinstall the supported QuickBooks version
- Start the Transaction Importer or Exporter and attempt to connect again
