In order to upload your lists (Customer cards, Activities list and Employee cards) from your MYOB accounting software to Zed Office, follow these steps:
Step 1: Export your lists from MYOB.
- Open MYOB and your company file that you want to upload to Zed Office
- To export the customer cards, in MYOB select from the menu File > Export Data > Cards > Customer Cards, save the file as a tab delimited file and select match all.
- To export the activites list, in MYOB select from the menu File > Export Data > Activities, save the file as a tab delimited file and select match all.
- To export the employee cards, in MYOB select from the menu File > Export Data > Cards > Employee Cards, save the file as a tab delimited file and select match all.
Step 2: Upload or update your lists to Zed Office
- Login into Zed Office as an administrator
- Select the menu Admin > Connect to MYOB
- Check the box for the list items you want to upload and browse to where you saved the export lists
- Once you have set the file path for each of the list files you want to upload click the button Upload.
- Your list will now be uploaded into Zed Office.
