Cause: The time entries that you have approved and are pending download to QuickBooks are associated to an employee who in QuickBooks has not been setup up completely. In QuickBooks the employees record the option to "Use Time Entries to create paychecks" has not been checked or unchecked and therefore has a state of Unknown. This is a perculiarity of QuickBooks.
Solution: In QuickBooks edit the employee record and check or uncheck (you must do a least one change for the record to change from Unknown) the option for Use Time Entries to create paychecks, also update another field in the employee record in order to trigger an update to Zed Office. If in Zed Office you have been selecting a payroll item when entering time you will need to have this checked on, otherwise you need this option checked off. For more detailed explanation of this setting refer to the QuickBooks help files. The next web connector update will update the employee record and download the stalled time entries.
