Import Module

 

Import a constant value – you now have the option to select a constant value like a date or a class that can be applied to all transactions.  Just specify the constant in the mapping and it will be added for all the transactions that are included in that import.  You can even save the constant as part of the saved mappings options.

 

Import Inventory Adjustments – if you need to import inventory adjustments from a text file or spreadsheet you can now do that

 

Import Purchase Orders – easy import purchase orders from text files or spreadsheets into QuickBooks

 

Import transactions into MYOB – If you use MYOB Accounting software you can now import, orders, quotes and invoices from text files or spreadsheets into MYOB.  Create customer records and items if they don’t already exist in MYOB

 

Convert amounts from including tax to excluding tax – if you have been using the Australian or UK versions of QuickBooks and been unable to import data where amounts are including tax now Axis will automatically convert those to excluding tax before importing.

 

Set your own item default accounts – when Axis creates an item if it is not found in QuickBooks you can now set up the default account setting that you would like that item create as.

 

Improved error reporting and handling - with the new error reporting feature you open a log file to examine the issue that is causing the error and the data row that was rejected so that you can reattempt the import using only the data that was rejected.

 

Export Module

 

Export transactions from QuickBooks – now with a few click you can export transactions from QuickBooks into spreadsheets or text files.  Filter for date ranges or references numbers to extract only the transactions you want.

Export only transactions with an open balance – You can select to export only those transactions with and open balance by selecting the export and filtering by paid or unpaid.

 

EDI Module

 

Automatically process import files - with the new Message Monitor and Message Rule features Axis EDI will automatically process import files in the background.
